Big Deer

A curious buck gazes with gentle eyes. Artist Emil Morhardt captures with clarity a magnificent deer, its proud antlers shine under the early morning light. "I know this deer quite well," shares Emil. "He often visits and I share my avocado and citrus trees, and even bites off oranges for a snack. When confronted, this look is its usual response, 'Who? Me?' But the deer can only reach the lower branches so a truce is maintained, and he and his friends browse at will."
