Sanderlings Into The Sand

Sanderlings feed by probing the wet sand for food as waves recede. I've painted these ones in the midst of it, with the warm colors characteristic of a bright sunny day. They'll be in this position for a second or two, then go running off as fast as their legs can carry them, looking for the next morsel.
