Never Stop Running

A Sanderling speeds across the wet sand, the surfline in the background, its posture relaxed and its reflection barely sketched in beneath its feet. Brushed linework picks out the soft gray-brown mottling of the back and the touch of blue-gray shadow along the flank, while glazing technique keeps the background airy and understated. Centered on 11" x 14" paper and shipped in a free 11" x 14" mat, but can be trimmed to the 8" x 10" image.
